Core Rulebook

The first goal is the core rulebook of Tale. It contains everything you need to understand the game for both Gamemasters and Players. The last two chapters contain the Quest and Errand creation kits, a step-by-step guide on how to create exciting and challenging gameplay.

 

Learn how to create quests from scratch, design cultures, religions and climates to envelop your world. The method is inspired by story structure theories to ensure that every hour of play is memorable and engaging.

Diploma Set I

 

 

 

Merelin’s king founded the Academy to combat the dark forces at his borders. At that point only one campus existed, in Merelin’s capital, now there is fourteen schools around the world. The Academy encourages its students to go out into the world, exploring and learning.

Compendium of Creatures I

Skittering, gibbering and creeping. Monsters and men of all sizes and types are included in this illustrated source book for Tale. It not only has creatures, but also several different NPCs. As a bonus, this book also includes 50 obstacles to challenge the players in Tale.

Campaign Set II: Journey to Beskar

Countess Hildebrand grew tired of the Illaira-Merelin war and took her people across the sea to the kingdom of Beskar. An ancient dwarven bastion, now almost uninhabited. Lady Hildebrand invites all refugees and adventurers to Freeport to explore, chart and tame the continent given to her by King Beluask of the dwarves
